Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Take a second look at your purchase before ordering to assure you're confirming the item you're purchasing.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Sealed booster packs
• Sealed boxes, tins, and elite trainer boxes
• Trading card singles
• Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.)
Trading card products are randomized and/or tamper-evident. Once a product leaves our control, we cannot verify its condition or contents. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk associated with opening sealed trading card products.
EXCEPTIONS:
We will only address issues in the following cases:
• Item received is incorrect (wrong item sent)
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:
• Pull rates
• Card value
• Personal dissatisfaction
• Change of mind
• Market fluctuations
